Acrylmeric Concrete Sealers.

Crockers Paint and Wallpaper stock a range of concrete sealers. A versatile product for your exterior concrete paving, flooring and driveways. Colour packs can be added to achieve a similar appearance to the stencilled concrete colours. This range is also available in Petrol and Chemical Resistant Concrete Sealer. Perfect for garage floors and mechanic workshops where a high wear grease and oil resistance coating is required. All concrete sealers come in 20lt sizes. Call us or email us for prices. Cleanup with Xylene Based Solvent		  
STEP 1: Thoroughly clean all areas with an outdoor cleaner. All cleaners are available at Crockers. Scrub and remove all dirt, mould and algae build up. Rinse with gerni or high pressure hose and allow to dry.
Old worn surface requires cleaning. After cleaning with 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner  
    STEP 2: Mask around any edges using a masking tape that has high adhesion. We used 3M 2060 suited for concrete and brick. Use a long nap roller and work in sections and with the pattern of the stencilling maintaining a wet edge.
    STEP 3: Allow to dry overnight and recoat. Some surfaces will require 3 coats depending on how worn the surface is. We used a 3 coat system here as some areas were more absorbent than others. This enabled us to achieve a more even sheen. The resultant sheen level is between a satin and gloss finish. See left photo. Click to enlarge
